SALES AGENT (AGENT COMMERCIAL)
NEW HOME is looking to recruit 3 motivated SALES AGENTS!
for the following regions:
1) Roquebrune-sur-Argens / Ste. Maxime / St. Raphaël
2) Le Plan de la Tour / La Garde Freinet / Les Mayons
3) Bargemon / Fayence / Montauroux
Experienced, Knowledgeable, Dynamic team, Excellent Marketing Strategy and Long-term Vision.
- should have experience in the real estate industry;
- work as a self-employed Agent Commercial, on a commission-only basis with free training and ongoing support;
- must have achieved good results in your past experience, have a professional and can-do attitude, be solution orientated, and focused on results;
- must be flexible, independent, and confident to deal with high profile clients, fluent in English, French, and preferably a third language;
- live in the region where you apply for;
- are self employed, part time or full time.
We provide you with retained clients looking to buy; properties to sell; both bringing high commissions. The job will involve dealing with owners, landlords, buyers, showing properties around, negotiating and closing deals, finding properties, finding international buyers in addition to the portfolio that we provide you with to get started.
